SX FOOD FESTIVAL 2025 Opens – First Day Buzzing with the Spirit of “Eat to Save the Planet”
The long-awaited SX FOOD FESTIVAL 2025 has officially begun under the concept “Eat and Save the Planet.” As one of the key highlight zones of SUSTAINABILITY EXPO 2025 (SX2025) — ASEAN’s largest sustainability platform. The festival kicked off with a lively atmosphere as crowds poured in to enjoy an endless array of delicious and sustainable food experiences at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC).
This year, SX FOOD FESTIVAL returns on an even grander scale with the theme “World Food Collaborations,” transforming the venue into a circular city that connects food cultures from around the world in one place. The zone is packed with over 163 health-conscious and eco-friendly food booths, divided into six international food zones: Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indian, Chinese, and European which features cuisines from England, France, Italy, Germany, and the Mediterranean.
The unmissable highlight is the gathering of more than 22 top Thai chefs from world-renowned culinary stages such as MasterChef, TOP CHEF, IRON CHEF, and Hell’s Kitchen Thailand, who will be creating exclusive menus live for visitors to enjoy.
Japanese Zone: Led by Chef Ploy, featuring sustainable Japanese cuisine that combines traditional craftsmanship with eco-friendly ingredients.
Korean Zone: Curated by Chef Thian, offering authentic Korean flavors adapted to align with eco-friendly practices.
Thai Zone: A collaboration of three renowned chefs — Chef Seatrong, Chef Ian, and Chef Tukkata — presenting traditional Thai dishes infused with sustainable approaches.
Chinese Zone: Headlined by Chef Det, Chef Jom, and Chef Pom, guiding visitors on a culinary journey through China with dishes reimagined for sustainability.
Indian Zone: A showcase of spices and vibrant diversity, bringing rich authentic Indian flavors to life.
European Zone: Featuring favorites from England, France, Italy, Germany, and the Mediterranean, led by a star-studded lineup of chefs including Chef Mam, Chef Aof, Chef Kai, Chef Pruek, Chef Kerr, Chef Toey, Chef Maruay, Chef Quest, Chef Paopae, Chef Yis, Chef Nut, Chef Bew, Chef Kate, and Chef Big.
In addition to the six main zones, the festival also features 10 special exhibitions spotlighting the innovation of future of food:
- Pre & Pro Biotics: Gut health solutions with natural supplements.
- Precision Agriculture: Using technology to boost yields and quality.
- Air Protein: Alternative proteins extracted from CO₂.
- Sustainable Aquaculture: Innovative, eco-friendly fisheries.

This unique fusion of flavor and knowledge is set against backdrops of iconic global landmarks recreated within the festival, creating the ultimate eat–explore–share experience.
