จุดประสงค์โครงการ
โครงการประกวดเพื่อสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะและการออกแบบ ตั้งต้นจากวัสดุเหลือใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน และนำกลับมาสร้างสรรค์ ให้มีคุณค่า สร้างประโยชน์ได้ทั้งในเชิงสุนทรียภาพทางด้านมุมมองศิลปะ รวมไปถึงการสร้างออกแบบ เพื่อสร้างต้นแบบอุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้ เฟอร์นิเจอร์ตกแต่งต่างๆ ผ่านการประกวด 2 รูปแบบ ผลงานศิลปะ และงานออกแบบแบบสองมิติ (2D) และผลงานศิลปะ และงานออกแบบแบบสามมิติ (3D)
ทั้งนี้ ผลงานต้องสามารถสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงการใช้ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ สร้างคุณค่าให้กับวัสดุเหลือใช้ และสามารถสร้างประโยชน์ได้ตามประเภทของงานที่สร้างสรรค์หรือออกแบบ โดยมีเจตนารมณ์ที่ต้องการส่งต่อความคิดด้านการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจเพื่อเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมตนเองเพื่อสร้างสมดุลสิ่งแวดล้อมโลก ภายใต้แนวคิด “พอเพียง ยั่งยืน เพื่อโลก”
ความเป็นมา
โครงการนี้เกิดขึ้นเพื่อมุ่งหวังให้งานศิลปะและผลงานที่สร้างจากการออกแบบในรูปแบบต่างๆ สร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการนำสิ่งเหลือใช้ที่ทุกคนคิดว่าเป็นขยะ นำกลับมามีชีวิตใหม่ด้วยการสร้างสรรค์ให้มีคุณค่า และสามารถสร้างประโยชน์ให้แก่สังคม และถือเป็นเครื่องมือ เป็นตัวอย่างอันเป็นรูปธรรมที่ช่วยสื่อสารเรื่องระบบเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน (Circular economy) และการนำกลับไปใช้ซ้ำ (Reuse) เพื่อสร้างการรับรู้ ความเข้าใจ และเป็นแรงบันดาลใจในการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมต่อไปในอนาคต
คุณสมบัติผู้เข้าร่วมการประกวด
1) นักเรียน นิสิต นักศึกษา ไม่จำกัดสัญชาติ
2) สามารถเดินทางมาร่วมการแข่งขันรอบตัดสิน ณ ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์ ระหว่างวันที่ 28 กันยายน – 8 ตุลาคม 2566
3) สามารถลงสมัครเดี่ยว หรือเป็นกลุ่ม (กลุ่มละไม่เกิน 3 คน)
หลักเกณฑ์ข้อบังคับ
1) การออกแบบร่างสื่อถึงแนวคิด “พอเพียง ยั่งยืน เพื่อโลก” โดยสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อสร้างค่า และเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการสร้างสมดุลโลก
2) ผลงานศิลปะต้องสร้างสรรค์ขึ้นมาใหม่ ไม่เคยถูกเผยแพร่หรือได้รับรางวัลมาก่อน และไม่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ของบุคคล หรือบริษัทอื่นใด
3) วัสดุที่ใช้จะต้องเป็นเศษวัสดุเหลือใช้จากชีวิตประจำวัน และที่ไม่สร้างมลพิษต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
4) วัสดุที่ใช้ทุกชนิดจะต้องไม่นำเสนอตราสินค้า หรือนำเสนอเป็นโฆษณาแฝง
5) ชิ้นงานจะต้องมีขนาดไม่เกินที่กำหนด
- ผลงานศิลปะแบบสองมิติ (2D): 100 x 100 x 20 ซม. (กว้าง x ยาว x ความลึก)
- ผลงานศิลปะแบบสามมิติ (3D): 150 x 150 x 200 ซม. (กว้าง x ยาว x สูง)
6) ผลงานสำเร็จต้องมีความแข็งแรงทนทาน สามารถติดตั้งและจัดแสดงกลางแจ้งได้อย่างน้อย 12 เดือน
ขั้นตอนการแข่งขัน
รอบแรก (ส่งแนวคิดผลงาน)
- กรอกใบสมัครออนไลน์พร้อมข้อมูลรายละเอียดชิ้นงานทาง Google Form

- ไฟล์ภาพร่างแบบ (ร่างด้วยมือ หรือ กราฟิกคอมพิวเตอร์) ของผลงานที่ต้องการสร้างสรรค์ (นามสกุล .jpg หรือ .pdf)
- คำบรรยายประกอบความยาวไม่เกิน 300 คำ (แนวคิด แรงบันดาลใจในการสร้างสรรค์ และวัสดุเหลือใช้ที่จะใช้)
- รายชื่อผู้เข้าชิงชนะเลิศ 10 คน (กลุ่ม) สุดท้ายของแต่ละประเภท (2 มิติ และ 3มิติ)

รอบชิงชนะเลิศ (ผลิตชิ้นงานจริง)
ผู้ผ่านเข้ารอบ 10 คน (กลุ่ม) สุดท้าย ของแต่ละประเภท (2 มิติ และ 3 มิติ)
- จัดทำชิ้นงานจริงตามแบบร่างระหว่างวันที่ 4 – 27 กันยายน 2566
- จัดส่งชิ้นงานที่ประกอบเสร็จสมบูรณ์ ถึงศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์ ในวันที่ 28 กันยายน 2566 เวลา 9.00 - 17.00 น. เพื่อเตรียมจัดแสดงและตัดสินรอบสุดท้าย
ผู้ผ่านเข้ารอบต้องนำเสนอผลงานให้คณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิลงคะแนนตัดสินผู้ชนะในรอบชนะเลิศด้วยตัวเอง ในงาน Sustainability Expo 2023 ณ ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์ ในวันที่ 29 กันยายน 2566
ผู้ผ่านเข้ารอบจะได้รับสนับสนุนค่าใช้จ่ายการผลิตชิ้นงานและการขนย้ายตามประเภทชิ้นงาน
- ชิ้นงาน 2 มิติ ได้รับเงินสนับสนุนชิ้นละ 1,500 บาท
- ชิ้นงาน 3 มิติ ได้รับเงินสนับสนุนชิ้นละ 2,500 บาท

ขั้นตอนการตัดสิน
รอบแรก (ส่งแนวคิดผลงาน)
ตัดสินจากคะแนนรวมของคณะกรรมการคัดเลือก พิจารณาจากร่างแบบของชิ้นงาน และคำบรรยายประกอบร่างแบบ โดยอิงตามเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกดังต่อไปนี้
1. ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ (25 คะแนน)
แสวงหาแนวคิดการนำเศษวัสดุเหลือใช้จากชีวิตประจำวัน ที่ไม่มีใครคาดคิดว่าจะสามารถนำกลับมาใช้ได้ เช่น ขยะอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ยางรถยนต์เก่า มาสร้างสรรค์เป็นผลงาน
2. การจัดวางองค์ประกอบโดยรวม (25 คะแนน)
นำหลักการจัดวางองค์ประกอบของการออกแบบ มาใช้อย่างเหมาะสม กลมกลืน ตามหลักการจัดองค์ประกอบทางศิลป์ทั้ง 5 ข้อ ได้แก่ สัดส่วน (Proportion) ความสมดุล (Balance) จังหวะลีลา (Rhythm) จุดสนใจ (Emphasis) และเอกภาพ (Unity)
3. วัสดุที่ใช้ไม่สร้างมลพิษต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม (25 คะแนน)
วัสดุที่ใช้จะต้องเป็นวัสดุใช้จริง ไม่ใช่การซื้อขึ้นมาใหม่เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ผลงานโดยเฉพาะ ทั้งนี้วัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่นำมาสร้างสรรค์ผลงานโดยภาพรวม 90% ต้องไม่ก่อให้เกิดมลพิษต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมมากขึ้น (สามารถใช้วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ สิ่งเหนี่ยวรั้ง ติดยึดที่มีส่วนประกอบทางเคมี หรือโลหะต่างๆ ได้ตามความเหมาะสม เพื่อให้ผลงานที่สร้างสรรค์สามารถสร้างประโยชน์ได้จริง) แต่ต้องไม่มีการตกแต่งด้วยสารเคมีที่จะสร้างมลพิษให้สิ่งแวดล้อมมากขึ้น เช่น ไม่มีการใช้สีสเปรย์ หรือทาสีเพิ่มเติมบนเศษวัสดุที่ใช้
4. การนำเสนอแนวคิดและการสื่อความหมาย (25 คะแนน)
สามารถนำเสนอแนวคิด วัสดุที่ใช้ และสื่อสารความหมายของชิ้นงาน ให้สามารถเข้าใจได้ง่าย และชัดเจน
รอบชิงชนะเลิศ (ผลิตชิ้นงานจริง)
ผลงานศิลปะที่ผลิตจนเสร็จสมบูรณ์จะติดตั้งภายในงาน Sustainability Expo 2023 และจะได้รับการประเมินพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะ ในวันศุกร์ที่ 29 กันยายน 2566 ตามสัดส่วนคะแนนดังต่อไปนี้
คะแนนการประเมินจากคณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ (คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 ของคะแนนรวม)
1. ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ (25 คะแนน)
แสวงหาแนวคิดการนำขยะหรือเศษวัสดุเหลือใช้จากชีวิตประจำวัน ที่ไม่มีใครคาดคิดว่าจะสามารถนำกลับมาใช้ได้ เช่น ขยะอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ยางรถยนต์เก่า มาสร้างสรรค์เป็นผลงานศิลปะ
2. การจัดวางองค์ประกอบโดยรวม (25 คะแนน)

5. ความสำเร็จของการผลิตชิ้นงานอิงตามร่างแบบที่ส่ง (10 คะแนน)
ผลงานศิลปะที่สร้างสรรค์ขึ้นมาจริง ต้องคงรูปแบบตามแบบร่างอย่างน้อย 75%
6. ผลงานสำเร็จมีความทนทานต่อการติดตั้งและจัดแสดงกลางแจ้งได้ (5 คะแนน)
ผลงานศิลปะต้องมีความทนทาน และสามารถติดตั้งและจัดแสดงกลางแจ้งได้อย่างน้อย 12 เดือน
ประกาศรายชื่อผู้ชนะและพิธีมอบรางวัล
การประกาศรายชื่อผู้ชนะและพิธีมอบรางวัลจะมีขึ้นในวันศุกร์ที่ 29 กันยายน 2566 เวลา 16.30-17.30 น. (เวลาอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง) ณ งาน Sustainability Expo 2023
รางวัลการประกวด
1. ผู้ผ่านเข้ารอบคัดเลือกทุกชิ้นงานจะได้รับใบประกาศนียบัตร
2. รางวัลสำหรับผู้เข้ารอบตัดสิน จะได้รับเงินรางวัลตามประเภทชิ้นงาน ได้แก่
เงินรางวัลประเภทผลงานศิลปะสองมิติ (2D)
- รางวัลที่ 1 จำนวน 1 รางวัล รางวัลละ 15,000 บาท
- รางวัลที่ 2 จำนวน 1 รางวัล รางวัลละ 12,000 บาท
- รางวัลที่ 3 จำนวน 1 รางวัลรางวัลละ 10,000 บาท
เงินรางวัลประเภทผลงานศิลปะสามมิติ (3D)
- รางวัลที่ 1 จำนวน 1 รางวัล รางวัลละ 30,000 บาท
- รางวัลที่ 2 จำนวน 1 รางวัล รางวัลละ 25,000 บาท
- รางวัลที่ 3 จำนวน 1 รางวัล รางวัลละ 20,000 บาท
3. ผลงานที่ได้รับรางวัล จะได้รับโอกาสในการจัดแสดงหมุนเวียนในสถานที่ และโอกาสต่างๆ ซึ่งมีการจัดสรรพื้นที่ หรือกิจกรรมตรงตามแนวคิดของชิ้นงาน รวมถึงมีโอกาสในการนำแนวคิดของชิ้นงานไปขยายผลในงาน SX2024
หมายเหตุ: ชิ้นงานส่งเข้าประกวดที่ทำการผลิตจนเสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้ว ผลงานถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของผู้จัด และจะถูกจัดแสดง ณ SX Space ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์ จนถึงวันที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2566 เมื่อครบกำหนดแล้วหากผู้ผลิตผลงานต้องการนำชิ้นงานกลับ จะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายการขนย้ายด้วยตนเอง

Trash to Treasure Art & Design Contest "Create Value to Balance the World”
ObjectiveThe Contest Project started from creating values to the waste materials in daily life. It creates aesthetic benefits from an artistic perspective as well as create designs to create prototypes of furniture via 2 categories, 2D Art and Design and 3D Art and Design.
The work needs to reflect the creativity, and create values and benefits according to the type of art or designed. With the intention to pass on sustainable development ideas, the artwork should inspire people to change their behavior to balance the global environment under the concept of "Sufficiency for Sustainability".
Background
This project aims to create artworks from various forms of designs and inspire people about the use of trash to create values and benefits to society, which is a concrete example that helps communicate about Circular Economy and Reuse. Gradually it is to create awareness, understanding and inspiration for behavioral change in the future.
Qualifications of Participants
1. School Students, University Students and College Students, regardless of nationality
2. The students who can participate at the Grand Final, held at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center from 28 September to 8 October 2023
3. Individual or group candidates (groups of up to 3 people)
Regulatory guidelines
1. The draft design conveys the concept of "Sufficiency for Sustainability", to "Create Value to Balance the World”
2. The artwork must be original and has never been published or won before, and does not infringe the copyright of any other person or company.
3. The materials must be waste materials from daily life and the none polluting material.
4. All materials must not be branded or presented as passive advertising.
5. The work must not exceed the specified size.
- 2D artwork (2D): 100 x 100 x 20 cm (length x width x depth)
- 3D artwork: 150 x 150 x 200 cm (length x width x height)
6. The finished work must be durable and can be installed and displayed outdoors for at least 12 months.
Competition Procedure
First round (submission of ideas)
Complete an online application with detailed information on Google Form

1. Send the sketch files (manual sketches or computer graphics) of the work in .jpg or .pdf files.
2. Captions, no more than 300 words (concept, inspiration and the waste materials to use)
# List of 10 finalists (groups) of each category (2D and 3D) will be announced on Website: www.sustainabilityexpo.com and Facebook: www.facebook.com/SX.SustainabilityExpo on 4th September 2023.
Final (actual production)
- Top 10 finalists (groups) of each category (2D and 3D)
# Prepare the actual work according to the draft during 4 – 27 September 2023.
# Delivery the finished work to arrive at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center by 28 September 2023, from 9.00 to 17.00 hrs.
# The finalists must present their work to the jury of experts to vote for the finalists themselves at the Sustainability Expo 2023 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center on 29 September 2023.
# The finalists will receive financial support for the workpiece production and transportation according to the categories (2D workpieces receive 1,500 baht each and workpieces receive a subsidy of 2,500 baht each)Shortlisted participants will receive support for production and handling costs according to the type of workpiece (2D workpieces receive 1,500 baht per piece, 3D pieces receive 2,500 baht per piece).
- The Winners will be announced to attend the award ceremony at Sustainability Expo 2023 on 29 September 2023.
Judgement
First round (submission of ideas)
Judging on the draft and the caption of the artwork by the total scores collected from the committee, based on the following selection criteria:
1. Creativity (25 points)
Seek the idea of reusing waste materials no one has expected to be able to reuse, such as e-waste or old tires to create works
2. Overall composition (25 points)
Apply design elements appropriately and harmoniously according to the 5 artistic composition principles: Proportion, Balance, Rhythm, Emphasis and Unity.
3. None Polluting Material (25 points)
The materials used must not be repurchased specifically for creation. 90% of the materials must not pollute the environment. Materials, equipment, curbs, adhesives containing chemical components or metals can be used as appropriate, but they must not be decorated with chemicals that will pollute the environment, such as spray paint or additional paint.
4. Conceptual presentation and interpretation (25 points)
Present and communicate the ideas, materials and the meaning of the work, easily and clearly understood.
Final (actual production)
The completed artwork will be installed at Sustainability Expo 2023, then evaluated and selected for the winners on Friday, 29 September 2023 in proportion to the following points:
Assessment score from qualified committee (100 percent of the total score)
1. Creativity (25 points)

Announcement of Winners and Award Ceremony
The winners announcement and awards ceremony will take place at Sustainability Expo 2023 on Friday, September 29, 2023 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. (time, subject to change).
Prizes
1. All shortlisted entries will receive a certificate.
2. The finalists will receive prizes ccording to the following categories:
Prizes for 2D art
• 1st : 15,000 baht
• 2nd :12,000 baht
• 3rd : 10,000 baht
Prizes for 2D art
• 1st : 30,000 baht
• 2nd :25,000 baht
• 3rd : 20,000 baht
3. Award-winning works will be exhibited on the sites and occasions where space or activities are allocated according to the concept of the piece, as well as the opportunity to expand the concept of the piece at SX2024.
Note: The submitted work shall be the property of the organizer and displayed at SX Space, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center until October 31, 2023. When it is due and the creators intend to bring the work back, they shall be responsible for the cost of moving.
